The well maintained and secure complex has two large pools sat in manicured gardens, with lots of areas to sunbathe or just chill out in. With a mix or residential & holiday accommodation, giving this location a real Spanish holiday feel.
Only 5 minutes walk to playa flamenca beach. All shops, bars & restaurants are within 8 mins walk. Villamartin golf club is 7-8 minutes by taxi.
Ideal for couples looking for a romantic retreat, or a base to explore the costas, a great place to totally chill out & relax in comfort & style.

Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen has everything that you will need to cater for yourselves, should you wish, including full oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cafetieres, pots & pans & place settings for 4 people. We have included lots of kitchen drawer extras from those important cocktail stirrers to a garlic crusher.
Lounge
The light & airy lounge has 3 folding doors leading to the spacious private terrace, a comfy sofa where you can relax & watch TV, A DVD player, and satellite channels are also provided.
The ceiling fan has various speed & light settings to suit all moods.
WiFi is available (at an additional cost)
Bedroom
Upstairs you will find the aircon bedroom with amazing views over the gardens & one of the pools.
A good night sleep is a must on holiday & we have provided you with a luxury king-size bed, lovely bedside cabinets & side lamps, creating a calm & relaxing bedroom, a large wardrobe with plenty of space for all your holiday essentials, including a safe located inside the wardrobe.
We ensure all pillows & the mattress are protected with covers & all linens are cotton with spare sets available.
Bathroom
The spacious bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a large rain shower & adjustable jet shower head, bath, hand towels & hairdryer are provided, along with a washing machine (with English directions), heated towel rail, iron & ironing board are also stored there.
Private Terrace
The spacious private terrace overlooking the pool & gardens has a foldable table, reclining chairs & large parasol, so you can enjoy sitting & watching the world go by.
Also provided is a BBQ for those evenings when you just want to stay in for that holiday alfresco dining.

There are two foldable beach beds, beach towels & cool box all provided for your convenience.
Playa Flamenca beach is a 5 minute walk away, ammenities, W/C, bar, cafe.
La Zenia beach is an 8-10 minute walk away.

The famous La Zenia Boulevard is an 8 minute walk away with plenty of shops, restaurants, and activites.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Ditone. It was so comfortable and very clean throughout. The property is extremely well equipped and couldn't fault it. The owners have taken lots of time to think of everything possible you may need in a self catering apartment and very tastefully done too! There is a nice balcony overlooking the pool. We loved the position of Oleza Garden village, perfect for us! In walking distance to restaurants and the beach and shops. Right next door is a very good supermarket. It was a lovely quiet and relaxing complex with beautiful gardens and 2 swimming pools. We are so grateful to Diane who helped us with so much and replied to any requests instantly. She even arranged our pick up to and from the airport with lovely George. Thank you so much Diane for making our stay so lovely.

We are an Irish couple who frequently have had our yearly vacation in Playa Flamenca prior to Covid. This has been our first return and our first stay in Diane and Anthonys Holiday apartment. Amazing is my first word. Its like home from home. Spotless clean. All is provided in their fabulous kitchen for dining in if one wishes. The balcony overlooks the pool area which is lovely. They provide beach towels and deck chairs for pool which we found so relaxing. The pool area is shaded by trees which is great. Air conditioning is a must for us Irish and have to say it was brilliant. We slept so well as bed is so so comfortable. Shower and Bathroom all modern. Washing machine and clothes dryer all provided. There is a barbeque on balcony which is a great idea. The location is so central to everything as we did not hire a car. The Supermercado is 5 min walk. Zenia Boulevard shopping centre and restaurants which is a must visit is 10 min walk. The beach is 8 min. walk. Restaurants and bars all 10 to 15 min walking distance. Bus and taxi service excellent in the area. Diane could not do enough for us from the moment we booked it until our vacation was over. So, to sum it up apartment amazing location perfect pool area Bliss and Diane and Antony the best !! We are rebooking for next year and can’t wait.

We really enjoyed our time at Diane’s apartment. It was very comfortable, clean, in a great location for local amenities and had everything we needed for our short stay here.
It was the perfect size for the two of us and was exactly what we needed to help us relax and escape for a few days.
The communication from Diane was excellent from the moment we booked up to leaving and she was just on the end of the phone, should we have required anything at all, which we didn’t! We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment and would return!

A very nice & well equipped apartment on a well maintained complex. We were very happy with the quantity & quality of the apartment fixtures & fittings. we could not think of any obvious omissions. Diane the host was great to deal with & answered any questions prompt & efficiently. We had a great vacation staying in this property & If returning to the area, we would be more than happy to stay here again.

All you want is within a short walk
Beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and more. Bike hire a few minute walk, that I took the opportunity to see see a little further afield

We use a Spanish agent in our absence (Homes in the Sun).
They will meet and greet you and be your point of contact during your stay.
A deposit of 250 euros is required upon arrival and paid to the agent, along with the 65 euro cleaning fee. (this is non negotiable)
The deposit is refundable should there be no damage.
You are responsible for any and all damage caused during your stay.
Your passport details are required upon booking, as all guests have to be registered with the local police, this is a legal requirement.
No personal details will be given to any 3rd parties & will be disposed of after your stay.
Collection & drop from & to the airports can be arranged at competitive prices; please ask for more details.
Sorry, as much as we love animals, we have to cater for all our guests & so cannot accept pets.
